ALL SALES ARE FINAL Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If you aren't happy with a design, contact us. We're always more than willing to offer an exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at dkdesignsgeorgia@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send you a replacement at no cost to you.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS Custom and personalized items are made just for you and are final sale. If a custom item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it free of charge.
